What to include

If your message is about an order, send us the order number (it starts with #) and we can pull it up straight away. If something arrived damaged or wrong, attach a photo — it saves a round of emails and we can refund or replace you the same day.

Common questions we can answer faster

• Where is my order? Check the tracking link in your dispatch email first. Tracking often takes 24–48 hours to show its first scan. See Shipping & Delivery.
• I want a refund. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. You do not need to send anything back. See Returns & Refunds.
• Is this product right for my skin? We will tell you honestly, including when the answer is no. We are not able to give medical advice — for a diagnosed skin condition, please see a dermatologist.
